Installation & Operating Requirements

  • The thrust plate leg and the hydraulic cylinder leg must be level.

  • Anchor bolt pre-buried holes should be secondary poured, fixing only the thrust plate end to allow partial horizontal movement when clamping.

  • The foundation should be built according to the assembly drawing provided by the manufacturer.

  • The load-bearing capacity of the foundation must account for both the machine weight and the filter cake weight.

  • Leave at least 1000 mm of clearance around the machine for operation and maintenance.
